Mental Health

College can be a stressful time. Students often try to balance work, family and a social life. Often times, these pressures can result in major mental health issues, stemming from stress, anxiety, depression, and even PTSD. Our Student Mental Health page provides information on the different types of mental health disorders, advice for overcoming these disorders, as well as additional resources for help with substance abuse and eating disorders.
